LSD Insight or Insanity is a 1966 U.S. documentary. Sal Mineo narrates this look at teen culture from hair, clothes, music, slang, and…yes, drugs. Doctors in white lab coats explain an acid drug trip while the screen drips and swishes cool colors. But, be careful of the bad trip…it's a bummer! Psychedelic '60s. This is one of many films that were made very heavy handedly on the drug culture in america during the mid 1960's and early 1970's. These films were shown in classrooms across the country in attempt to scare kids from trying drugs.
