Doomsday for Pests is a 1952 promotional film produced by the Sherwin-Williams Paint company. The film is an early form of the infomercial. In this film the pesticide DDT is promoted as a very safe and effective way of getting rid of those pesty insects, with it's DDT laced paint products. This film was made before all of the health risks linked to DDT to humans were found. This film is laughable when watched today.
